The Media Team is the behind the scenes, but very present, and important team within Hearts Harvest.

You should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to service starting (most Sunday's that arrival time would be 9:30).

The Media Team is responsible for many aspects of communication with HHC. Being a member of the Media Team, you work on Sundays to make sure that songs are loaded so that everyone is able to sing along with the worship team. You also provide scriptures and important notes about the sermon to the congregation.

Being a part of the Media Team also lends to working on the HHC website and on the HHC social media sites, like Facebook and YouTube, as well as others. You will also work with sound and lighting, to create an inviting atmosphere for the church goers.

The Media Team, in the future, will also be responsible for operating cameras for live streaming and recorded services. This is important for those who are unable to make the HHC in-person services due to illness or travel.

After service, you will make sure that all media equipment is off, and ready for use for the next service.

Remember, serving as a volunteer for Hearts Harvest is not something that you have to do, it is something that you get to do. You GET to serve God in the capacity as a volunteer for Hearts Harvest. So, keep smiling and serving God, while helping others.
